VTUEEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates applying for VTUEEE can fill up the form both online and offline. The procedure for both methods is given below:

Online Mode:

• Candidates will have to visit the official VTUEEE 2025 website - www.veltechuniv.edu.in
• They will then have to go to the link for ‘Admissions - 2025’ and create a login ID and password for themselves.
• Candidates will then have to enter all required data and information asked for. They will have to fill in details like their name, date of birth, address of correspondence, contact details, family details, and educational details.
• Candidates will then have to upload a scanned copy of a recently clicked, coloured passport-size photograph of themselves in .jpg/ .jpeg/ .png format and a scanned image of their signature.
• The final step is to pay the application fee. The application fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card or net Banking facility.

Offline Application

• The candidate who has fulfilled the VTUEEE eligibility conditions has to purchase the Application forms from the Regional Offices of Veltech University /Bookshops on cash payment of Rs.950/-
• Candidate can send in a Demand Draft for Rs.950/- drawn in favour of Veltech Dr.RR & Dr.SR University, payable at Chennai, to The Director -UG Admission along with a requisition letter containing the full address of the applicant who has satisfied the eligibility criteria.
• By handing over a DD for Rs.950 /- in person at Veltech Dr.RR & Dr.SR University, Avadi, Chennai.

VTUEEE 2025 Eligibility

Age Criteria: Candidates who born on or after 1st July 1996 will be eligible to apply for VITEEE 2025.

Qualifying Exam: Candidates who either completed or shall be appearing 10+2/intermediate examination in 2025 are eligible to apply.

Nationality: Indian candidates/NRI nationals/PIO/OCI holders are eligible to apply. Foreign candidates can apply directly for admission.

Minimum Marks: It is necessary for the students wishing to apply for VITEEE to score an aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology (50% marks for SC/ST and Jammu & Kashmir candidates along with eastern state candidates).

NIOS Candidates: NIOS candidates are also eligible to apply. They have to submit Migration-Cum-Transfer certificate at the time of admission.

• All questions are multiple choice type
• Each question shall carry one mark.
• There shall be no penalty for a wrong answer.
• The duration of the test will be 2.5 hours.

Steps to download VTUEEE admit card 2025

• Candidates must access the link (to be activated in third week of March 2025)
• Enter application number and date of birth
• Click on ‘Submit’ button
• Candidates must check all details printed on the admit card
• Candidates must take a print out of VTUEEE hall ticket and keep it safely for further use.

VTUEEE 2025 Results

VTUEEE Results will be released by the Veltech Technical University on their official website. The steps for checking the VTUEEE 2025 result are mentioned below:

• The test results will be available at website: www.veltechuniv.edu.in
• Candidates will then have to enter their Application Number.
• Candidates can then download and view the VTUEEE 2025 Scorecard.

VTUEEE 2025 Counselling

The Counselling of VTUEEE 2025 will tentatively be conducted from May 2025. VTUEEE 2025 counselling will be conducted in two phases - Phase 1 and Phase 2. Candidates have to carry the following list of documents at the VTUEEE 2025 counselling centre.  Qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in the counselling of VTUEEE 2025 based on the ranks secured. Seat allotment is based on the candidates’ ranks in VITUEEE 2025.

• VTUEEE 2025 admit card.
• VTUEEE 2025 Hall Ticket / VTUEEE 2025 Score Card / Call Letter
• Class X or XII Board Certificate as proof of date of birth
• Marks Sheet of Qualifying Examination (Class XII or Equivalent)
• Demand draft (non-refundable) for Rs. 24000 drawn in favour of “Vel Tech Dr. RR & Dr SR Technical University” payable at Chennai as a partial payment of tuition fees.
• Vel Tech Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship will be considered for phase I and II rank holders based on their merit in the aggregate of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in class XII standard examination

• Before beginning the practice, an individual must consider the VITEEE examination pattern 2025 & its syllabus.
• Make a suitable schedule according to the syllabus and topic/subject.
• Solve unsolved last/previous year question papers, mock tests, and sample papers.
• Know the weak & strong points related to the study.
