CLAT 2025 Syllabus
CLAT 2025 is a National level entrance examination conducted by 21 National Law Universities on a rotational basis for admission into undergraduate and Post Graduate programs of each university. Admission for candidates will be given on the basis of merit and preference as per eligibility and reservations of respective universities. CLAT 2025 is conducted by the Consortium of National Law University. CLAT 2025 Exam is scheduled to be conducted on 1st December 2024.
CLAT 2025 Syllabus:
CLAT 2025 syllabus is comprised of the following subjects.
Subjects for Admission to UG Course:
a) English: The English section will test the candidate's proficiency in English based on comprehension of passages and grammar.
b) General Knowledge and Current Affairs: The General knowledge will be tested on the general awareness including static general knowledge. Questions on current affairs will test candidates on their knowledge of national and international current affairs.
c) Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability): This section will test the candidate’s knowledge of elementary mathematics, i.e., maths up to Class X.
d) Legal Aptitude: This section will test the candidate’s interest in the study of law, research aptitude, and problem-solving ability.
e) Logical Reasoning: The purpose of the logical reasoning section is to test the candidate’s ability to identify patterns, and logical links and rectify illogical arguments.
Subjects for Admission to PG Course:
a) Constitutional Law,
b) Jurisprudence,
c) Other Law subjects Contract, Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, Environment Law and Human Rights.
