CLAT 2025 registration begins from today; last date October 15

CLAT 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has started the registration process for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2025) undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses. Candidates who wish to appear for the law entrance exam can apply for the same at the official website – –consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

The last date to register for CLAT 2025 is October 15, interested students must submit the application fees before the deadline. The online application fee for both UG and PG programmes is Rs 4000 for the general category and Rs 3500 for SCs, STs, PwD and BPL candidates. The application fees is non-refundable and will not be returned in any case.

CLAT 2025 Registration: Steps to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of the CLAT — consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Register’ button given at the bottom of the log-in window on the homepage.

Step 3: Fill in the details and then register for the test. Login once you have registered.

Step 4: Start filling the registration form with the required information.

Step 5: Upload the documents (a recently clicked front facing photograph, signature of the aspirant, SC, ST or OBC certificate if applicable, PwD and BPL certificate if applicable). These documents need to be in pdf format only.

Step 6: Click the submit button to submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference.

The admission test will be held offline and is most likely to be comnducted on December 1.

The CLAT 2025 is for all admissions to the five-year integrated LLB and LLM programmes at participating universities that commence in the academic year 2025-2030.
