UP Board Revises Class 12 Practical Exams: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has revised the Class 12 practical examination schedule. The board has revised the exam schedule following the upcoming JEE Main 2025.
In an official notification, UPMSP stated, “Given the JEE (Main)-2025 examination of the National Testing Agency, which will be held between January 22, 2025, and January 30, 2025, the schedule for the Intermediate practical examinations of 2025 has been revised as follows.”
According to the updated schedule, the practical exams will now occur in two phases:
– Phase 1: February 1 to February 8This phase will cover the divisions of Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur.
– Phase 2: February 9 to February 16This phase will include the divisions of Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Devipatan, and Basti.
Initially, the UP Board had scheduled the Class 12 practical exams from January 23 to January 31, with the second phase slated between February 1 and 8.
The UP Board has also confirmed that the Class 12 theory exams for 2025 will begin on February 24 and end on March 12. The exams will be held in two shifts: the first shift will run from 8.30 am to 11.45 am, and the second shift will take place from 2 pm to 5.15 pm.
Additionally, the UP Board has announced that all exam centres will be under CCTV surveillance, with full video recordings to be made available to the UPMSP upon request.
