At the very first day of my college I thought where I have came. But as the time flies away I have indulged myself wholestically in my campus. As it has become my second home and as I don't live in kolkata so I m staying as a paying guest. The biggest pros I would like to say that being from a tier 2 college it gives a well aquitaned education and a quite good entry level package as a CTC. And one of the cons which I have mainly noticed is that the library is quite small and few professor don't finish thier syllabus on time, only this kind of con I have only got. If you are aiming for this college make sure you work hard after even getting admission in it.

Campus Facilities: The techno main salt lake was established in 2001 and it is located in the IT hub of kolkata sector V and it is affliated by MAKAUT university. The classroom infrastructure is that this college has about 90 classrooms and 20 e-classroom eqipped with mordern technology. It also has many laboratories about 76 equipped laboratories. The library has 90000 books and 5866 titles. There is separated accommodation of hostel for boys and girls with air conditioned and non-air conditioned options also available there. A spacious aduitorium is also present of seminars, events etc. The quality of food in college campus and in hostel is quite hygenic. Thier also an atm bank of sbi.

Campus Life: As I have also visited the fresher's party this year which was absolutely fantastic. And now there is another fest is around the corners which is made by team ankhorans also you can say a time of virtual gaming exposure you will get . In my opinion it was the best time I have ever had in my life because all my mates were in traditional wearable and their opposite gender were too.!!

Faculty: As I am a regular going student in my class. I would like to share about the teaching style of my professor, they generally try to break the topic and used to tell us the concept of that small part of the topic in simpler words so that we can get through that concept and afterwards he uses some problem to make us fully understand the topic. They are mainly graduated from top institution and do have higher education level in their whole carrer.

Placements: The total percentage of a batch getting placed in all department is about 75 to 80%, the rest other gets job in goverment services and some opt for higher studies. However as I have got to know from my seniors and the professor about the students who have got their dream package in their dream company. The internship scenario of TMSL is quite good. And some students have also received PPO(PrePlacement Offer) from their internship companies. Mainly students were placed through on campus placement and a very few students ke placed through off campus placement. Just like last year I remembered a student of CSE got a package for about 39 lakhs which is phenomenal.

Campus/Events:

Start Up Incubator: Frankly, I don't know so many things about it but I would like to share with you a few details about the clubs for entrepreneur is that you just have to take upon a single idea to get u started as a startup or , if you don't have such idea you can just take part in those clubs where the clubs members will include you to think upon something and also they are really very helpful.
